Send your list with a few photos through the estimate form, or call or text. For most small jobs Wayne can give you a price from photos. Bigger jobs get a free visit first. You get the price before any work starts.

Florida law sends some work to licensed contractors: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, roofing, structural work and replacing exterior doors and windows. Wayne does not take those jobs, and handyman jobs stay small (under $2,500). If your job needs a licensed trade, he will tell you plainly and point you to someone.
