The weather, and what it does
Zephyrhills gets around 53 inches of rain a year, most of it from late May into early October, and June through August each bring more than 7 inches. Hurricane Milton in 2024 hit the east side of Pasco hardest, and a lot of trees came down around Zephyrhills. That kind of storm means torn screens, leaning fences and roof leaks that show up as ceiling stains.
